What age did you start?

Age 14. After growing up watching my sister compete in tumbling. Gave me the idea of doing a ‘back flip’ would be cool. However little did I know was would fall in love with being able to ‘fly’

What do you enjoy about gymnastics?

Well what’s cooler than being able to fly.

ADVICE

No matter how hard things get they always get better. Take a step back and breath, re focus and go at it 110%
